Traditional 2-dimensional static billboards for standardised, formatted billboard spaces including highway and transit billboards.

Standardised, formatted digital billboards for digital images, motion content, or animation including LED and transit displays.

Digital Poster
Standardised, formatted digital posters for digital images, motion content, or animation including LED and transit displays. Works should be made specifically for outdoor medium not simply TVCs displayed outdoor.

Transit
Non-standardised, non-formatted transit and vehicle advertising including use of vehicles, non-standardised transit locations such stations, airports, ports, car parks, etc.

Non-standardised, non-formatted small scale ambient advertising to engage consumers in unique and creative ways including items in bars & restaurants, glasses, beer mats & ashtrays, petrol pumps, flyers, stickers, signage, door hangers, giveaways, promotional items, brand merchandise, etc.

New

A special Lotus Award sub-category to recognize ideas and creative solutions that demonstrate resilience and resolve in the face of the Covid-19 global pandemic. It is awarded to works that rise above the crisis to create public, economic, cultural and/or other ideas for the greater good. The solutions may or may not be connected directly to the brand.
