How much are delegate fees & what’s included?

ADFEST 2026 offers only 3-day package for Full Delegate, Young Delegate, and Student.

Are there 1-day or passes for the award ceremonies only?

No, there is only one package for the full 3-day festival pass.

Are there networking passes only for the parties?

Yes, ADFEST now offers Networking Passes that allow access to either the Welcome Party, After Party, or better yet, both parties. For more information, please contact Noi@ADFEST.com

Are there special group discount package?

Yes, ADFEST is offering this package, the “Lucky 13” where for every 12 paid delegates, ADFEST will provide an additional free pass. That is, for 13 registered delegates, you only pay for 12.

Who is eligible for the “Lucky 13” package?

Anyone is eligible as long as the group consists of at least 13 delegates and all are registered under one invoice. Delegates in the group do not need to be from the same agency or same country as long as the group is registered together under the same invoice.

How do I register?

To register as a delegate, you must login or create an account and follow these registration instructions. Delegate registration is not completed until full payment is received & verified by ADFEST. You will receive a confirmation email with your Delegate Number.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods:
International Bank Transfer (subject to THB 300 additional charge for overseas bank transfer) Credit Card (subject to 3.2% additional charge) Cheque/Bank Transfer for Domestic Payment (Thailand Only)

How can I get the Delegate Pass?

If you are a registered delegate, upon arrival at Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Hall (PEACH), Royal Cliff Hotels Group, proceed to the ADFEST Registration Counter and present your Confirmation to collect your festival badge. You can pick up your festival kit at the Information Counter on the 2nd floor when the festival commences on Thursday 19th March.

When does the delegate registration desk open?

Upon your arrival at the PEACH, you can collect your badge at the registration counter on the ground floor during the following times:
Wednesday* 18th March 2026 8.00 am - 6.00 pm
Thursday 19th March 2026 8.00 am - 8.00 pm
Friday 20th March 2026 8.00 am - 6.00 pm
Saturday 21st March 2026 8.00 am - 6.00 pm
*Wednesday 18th March is for badge pick-up only. The festival will commence on Thursday 19th March.

Is my delegate pass refundable or transferable?

Yes, depending on when you cancel, you may be entitled to a refund. Below are our cancellation and refund policies.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests must be done in writing to Noi@ADFEST.com Delegate registration cancellation will not automatically cancel your hotel reservation * (if applicable)
*Delegate is responsible for any hotel cancellation fees directly with the hotel.

Refund Policy:
Cancellation made by 31st January 2026 is entitled to 50% refund* Cancellation made by 19th February 2026 is entitled to 25% refund* Cancellation after 19th February 2026 is not entitled to refund, but replacement delegates** are permitted.
*Delegate is responsible for any bank charges for the refund
**Any request for replacement delegate registration must be done in writing to Noi@ADFEST.com No-shows will not be refunded Refunds* will be processed after the festival

Is there preferred accommodation I can book?

Our official satellite hotels for ADFEST 2026, offers an exclusive deal for ADFEST delegates. Please see the Accommodation.
*Please note that ADFEST only books your accommodation on your behalf, and the hotel will contact you directly for confirmation and payment details.
