Guilherme Machado is living the dream of many, a global creative who’s found a niche in every agency he’s worked in. From a stellar start in his homeland Brazil – that includes winning the Young Guns award in 2015 and being shortlisted at the Cannes Young Lions Competition - Gui has found his way to Singapore via Sydney and Melbourne with all the awards that matter under his belt. Challenges? Of course there were some. Joys? He says there were many. For those with overseas in their sights; for those with freelancing on their wish list (he has hired many); and for those who are simply curious, here’s Gui’s story:
