Last night ADFEST welcomed nearly 1,200 delegates from over 69 cities with a party at the Royal Cliff’s Lotus Pond.
Guests were treated to a surprise performance from The Paradise Bangkok Molam International Band, who famously mix traditional Thai music and instruments with folk-rock and blues.
The crowd danced, swayed and cheered, and it was especially brilliant to see ADFEST’s hardworking organisers hit the dance floor and show off some traditional Thai dance moves.
Last night’s open air Welcome Party was generously sponsored by the Department of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Commerce (Thailand).
Craft@ADFEST wrapped up yesterday, but Creative@ADFEST kicks off today with a presentation from ITSA, followed by The Gunn Report, plus two workshops by Meerkats and ADFEST+D&AD, and many more sessions. (For the full program, visit our website).
The first of two Lotus Awards presentations takes place tonight – don’t miss tomorrow’s issue of ADFESTdailybuzz to find out who this year’s winners are!
