‘Never Finished Ideas’ are like lighthouses guiding brands through an ocean of complexity and uncertainty, according to Rohit Ohri, Group Chairman and CEO at FCB in India, who presented a session today at ADFEST.

 
What was your session all about?
 
We live in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world. What are Never Finished Ideas? How do we create them? How do we recognize them? These are some of the questions my talk explored.

 
How did you get the idea for this session?
 
Always Never Finished is FCB’s new mantra. We believe as an agency we’re always a work in progress. Never finished… exploring, creating, dreaming…


The best brand stories are never finished. ‘Happy endings’ are only for fairy tales.

 
For those who may not know much about you, what can you tell us about who you are & what inspires you?
 
I believe creative culture is the only sustainable competitive advantage organizations can build. What inspires me is creative culture building and I see myself as a creative culture architect.

 
You are based in New Delhi. How does the energy of this city influence your creativity?
 
Delhi is chaotic. Chaos is the environment in which creativity thrives. Delhi reminds you how to understand that, manage that and enjoy that. Everyday.
