Hyeah believes Humankind Ideas can change the world.

This is what keeps her going.  

She started her career 28 years ago, at Seoul D’Arcy, as a copywriter, and worked on marketing first clients, such as P&G and Philips. 

Equipped with global standard creatives and the No.1 marketing company’s way of working, she then moved on to one of the biggest local agencies, Diamond Ad., the inhouse agency of Hyundai. She worked with all the Hyundai clients, starting from Hyundai motors to Hyundai department stores, and won various advertising awards, including the gold prize for Korea Advertising Awards in 2005.

She joined Publicis group in 2006, as Creative Director of Welcomm Publicis, and she was selected as a representative advertiser who contributed to the development of the Korean advertising industry and received Commendation from the Korean Minister of Culture in 2011.

In 2014, she joined Leo Burnett and she worked on a range of great brands such as McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, IKEA, Samsung, P&G, Unilever, Nivea, Nescafe, ABI, Volkswagen, Renault Motors, Cadilac, and Cenovis.

She has been responsible for leading creative teams as Executive Creative Director, and her specialty is in making humankind ideas based on human truth. She’s also leading McDonald’s creative team and won many awards with McDonald’s recently, including the grand prix for Korean Advertising Awards 2023, gold prize for Korean Advertising Society Awards 2021, the gold prize for Korean Advertising Awards 2022. Also, she has served as a jury for many ad. festivals, including New York Festivals, the Korea Advertising Awards, Effie Awards Korea, and etc.
