What is ADFEST?
ADFEST is Asia’s most celebrated and recognised regional creative festival.

Founded in 1998, ADFEST is the ideal place for the creative industry to gather, network, exchange ideas, and meet new friends.

It is the annual creative festival not to be missed to stay at the forefront of the rapidly changing creative, marketing and production industries. It is also 1 of only 8 regional creative festivals included in the WARC Creative Rankings.

ADFEST not only raises the standard of creative excellence in the region, it also celebrates the uniqueness of local culture. It is a learning hub for those in the communication industry through showcasing of the region’s best creative works and inspiring content from experts in various disciplines. It is also the perfect place to relax, learn, and meet new friends in the industry.

When & Where is it?
ADFEST 2020, held during Wednesday 18th– Saturday 21st March 2020 at the Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Hall (PEACH), Royal Cliff Hotels Group, Pattaya, Thailand.
Note: We know Thailand is a warm tropical place, but we recommend you bring a jacket since our conference hall is extremely well air-conditioned!

How far is Pattaya from Bangkok?
Pattaya is 160 km. from Bangkok, and it takes roughly 1.5 - 2 hrs. to get there from Bangkok. Admittedly, traffic in Thailand can be a little hard to predict.

How do I get there?
You can book your transportation to Pattaya through our official service provider, SP Limousine, by selecting “Accommodation & Transport” under “DELEGATES.” Please note that there are 2 airports in Bangkok: Suvarnabhumi Airport & Donmuang Airport, so be mindful when you make your transportation booking.


Can I get a press pass? Who do I contact and what do I have to do?
To receive a press pass, you must first be an accredited member of the press. To do so, you can accredit yourself as a press member online under the “PRESS ACCREDITATION” tab. An accreditation request does not guarantee accreditation. If approved you will receive an official invitation by email to attend ADFEST as an accredited press member. Each accredited publication is eligible to send one representative for the press pass. If you experience any difficulty during the accreditation process, please contact PR@ADFEST.com
