Talitha's advertising career began at TBWA Jakarta, where she served as an Art Director. She made a remarkable start by winning Indonesia's first ever gold medal at the Young Spikes Asia competition. This early success demonstrated that no matter where you come from or which agency you work for, if you have the talent and determination, you will shine.
Throughout her journey in Southeast Asia agencies, Talitha continued to learn and immerse herself in different cultures, working on a diverse range of accounts. Her hard work and skill have earned her both local and international awards.
Today, Talitha holds the position of Deputy Executive Director at Future Creative Network (Flock), leading the fastest-growing independent agency in the world (according to Adweek in 2019). She is on a mission to create the largest creative ecosystem to transform the creative economy in Indonesia."
