An innate curiosity for words paved the way for a career, where Arun Saha had the opportunity to create influence, build brands and manage reputation. Journalist, PR practitioner, corporate and marketing communications professional – these are the variety of hats that she has donned in the last 17 years.

Arun’s professional journey started with India’s leading business broadsheet – The Economic Times – as a copy-editor, after being selected straight from the campus. Post her Masters in Advertising and Marketing from the University of Leeds, she entered the exciting realm of Public Relations/Marketing & Corporate Communications and has not looked back, since. In the course of her career, Arun has worked on a multitude of brands encompassing verticals such as technology, logistics, education in India and Singapore within PR agencies as well as in-house.

In her last role, she used to lead PR and Marketing Communications for Omnicom Media Group (and its brands OMD & PHD), the media services division of the global advertising, marketing and corporate communications conglomerate. Generating positive PR mentions, content creation (internal and external), brand management, activation, and social media management are some of her key responsibilities.

Prior to Omnicom Media Group, Arun worked with Ogilvy and Mather as a tech PR specialist in Singapore.

Personality traits that best describe her - goals-driven, proactive, resourceful, curious and positive. She is a fantastic connector of ideas/people with a dogged determination to make things happen. 

Her personal belief is that every brand, no matter how abstract, has a story to tell and as a communications professional, she plays a strategic role in bringing not just stories but great stories to life.
