With two decades in the industry and a broad international experience on both, agency and client side, Birger Linke is now based in China, where he looks after Volkswagen. 

He set up TBWA\Vietnam, is partner in headphone startup Lynxsonic, and, with his design consultancy, focuses on projects in the healthcare sector. 

With more than 150 national and international awards across disciplines, incl. Gold at Cannes and the first ever D&AD pencil for Vietnam, he was named most awarded DM creative in Asia, "Hottest Creative in Vietnam”, and ranked in the Top 100 of “Hottest Creatives in Asia” (Campaign Brief). His “TransMariner” campaign for the Republic of Singapore Navy was ranked 4th in the world (Won Report, UK) and his Coke "Olympic Beat" campaign garnered 400 Million views within a month on air. He created the world's 1st WeChat ad for BMW, helped make Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore the world's most awarded direct marketing agency, and TBWA\Vietnam the most awarded agency in the country.
Birger is a member of D&AD and was a judge at London International, New York Festival, ADFEST, Ad Stars, Award, and Young Guns, a.o. 

To mentor the next generation of talent, Birger regularly lectures and teaches Marketing, Advertising, and Design at the London School of Public Relations, University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City, where he became a member of the advisory board, or Nanjing University, a.o.
