DELEGATE REGISTRATION FEE
Sunday 18 March - Tuesday 20 March 2012
Delegate Fee : 22,000 baht per person
Young Creative Fee : 15,500 baht per person
Note: Delegates must be under 30 years of age at ADFEST 2012 ( born after 17 March 1982 ). Proof of Date of Birth must be provided.
Student Fee : 12,000 baht per person
Note: Delegates must be a full-time student at an academic institution. Proof of enrollment must be provided.
Note: Delegates who register after 15th February 2012 may not be included in the delegate directory.
 
The registration fee includes invitations to all ADFEST events, including:
  Welcome Party
  All speaking sessions
  All award presentations
  Coffee breaks
  Three lunches
  After party
  Festival Kit
 
PAYMENT METHOD
  By Bank Transfer
  By SiamPay (Visa, Master Card, and American Express)(Online Payment)
  By Cheque for Thailand only
Note:
  Registrations will only be processed with full payment. Otherwise your registration(s) may be refused.
  Cancellation for registration received before or on the date of 15th February 2012 is subject to 50% charge of registration fee.
  Cancellation for registration received after or on the date of 16th February 2012 will not be refunded.
  NO SHOW - will not be refunded.
  The ADFEST Organizer will only book the hotel reservation as per your request, payment, deposits and confirmation will be made directly by the hotel.
 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Attention :
ADFEST reserve the right to publish information contained in delegate handbook.
Payment :
Bank transfer: There is a THB 250 handling fee for per transaction made via bank transfer. It is imperative that you cover All bank charges.

Visa and Master Card: There is a 3.3% charge for paying with Visa and Master Card.

American Express: There is a 4% charge for paying with American Express.

Participants who enter online and pay by bank transfer will receive a proforma invoice (invoice to pay) as part of an email confirmation containing a full set of completed delegate registration forms.

Please supply your bank with your Delegate Reference Number (found the top of your proforma invoice and in the subject header of your confirmation email) , Company Details, Number of delegates and registration type, as a description of what the payment is for : (e.g. D001/S001, Company Name, City, 1x Delegate full registration + 1x Student full registration). Once the transfer has been made, please fax or email the proof of payment/bank transfer confirmation, quoting your Delegate Reference Number, to the following number : + 66 2 530 9292-3 or noi@ADFEST.com

Registration will only be completed with full payment.
Invoice Information :
Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct invoice details before submitting your registration as we cannot re-issue invoices.
Delegate Handbook Deadline :
Deadline for inclusion in Delegate Handbook : 15th February 2012

Delegate registrations will be accepted up to and during the Festival period. However, we must receive your registration form and payment at the Festival office before Wednesday 15 February 2012 to guarantee inclusion in the delegate handbook.
Cancellations/Refunds:
Registration fee will only be refunded if written notice of a cancellation is received at the festival office.
Cancellation for registration received by 15th February 2012 is subject to 50% charge of registration fee.
Cancellation for registration received after 16th February 2012 onward will NOT be refunded.
NO SHOW - will not be refunded.
Delegate registration cancellations will result in the automatic cancellation of hotel reservations.
Please note refunds will not be processed until after the Festival.
Replacement :
Any request to amend a delegate registration must be received in writing and send it to noi@ADFEST.com.
Badges :
The registration area is located on the ground floor of PEACH, Royal Cliff Hotels Group. Please collect your badge from the area indicated on your confirmation letter.

ADFEST Registration Counter is open daily from Saturday 17th March to Tuesday 20th March 2012 for the collection of badges and all festival kits.
 
Opening times are as follows:
  Saturday 17 March : 8.00 - 18.00 hours
  Sunday 18 March : 8.00 - 18.00 hours
  Monday 19 March : 8.00 - 18.00 hours
  Tuesday 20 March : 8.00 - 17.00 hours
Your badge must be show at all times in ADFEST Festival area and is valid for the registered delegate only. Please note that lose or stolen badges will not be replaced.
